All our designs are copyrighted and licensed exclusively to SMB Creations by the YMCA of the USA. No use of any of these designs is permitted without express written permission.
• Each Screen Printed Design has a Minimum Order of 12 pieces per Garment Style & Design.
You may mix your sizes within each garment style.
No Singles available in Screenprinted designs.
You may order single pieces of embroidered garments.
• Select Design Code — each design is identified by a Design Code listed below each graphic.
• Select Garment Color — each design lists the garment color it is available in.
• Select Garment Style and the colors that garment is offered in from the Color Key.
Each design is available only in the colors and on the garments listed.
• Refer to the Price Sheet for size availability in each garment style you select.
Free Name Drops • Orders of 12 pieces or more per design All designs can be Custom Name Dropped with your YMCA name, STAFF, city, or event. 1 Line Name drop(above or below
design) at no extra charge. Second location Name Drop has an extra charge.
SMB Creations is a custom shop, producing the garments only upon receiving your order.
Delivery Time • Allow 3 - 4 weeks from order date, Allow extra time during peak periods.
Allow 3 weeks for delivery. Rush orders extra.
If there is a particular garment we don’t offer in this catalog, give us a call and we will see if we
can get it for you. It is our commitment to bring you the best quality garments at an affordable
price and provide you with creative and unique designs.
Terms • Deposit of 1/2 on all orders. Credit Cards • Master Card, Visa, Discover, & American Express all accepted.
Finance Charges • 1 1/2% per month will be added to any past due invoice.
Shipping • All orders shipped UPS Ground. 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air & Federal Express shipping is available for an extra charge.
Rush Orders • Accepted with approval. Add 20% for Rush Order. Consider shipping Next Day Air/ 2nd Day Air.
Product Availability • Prices, colors, and product availability are subject to change with out notice.
Order Changes & Cancellations • No cancellations or returns accepted after production started.
No Singles available in Screenprinted designs.
• Please PLAN ahead so we can work together to ensure your garments arrive on time for your "scheduled event".
• SMB is a "custom" shop which means we do not stock ready-to-ship inventory and because
most products are custom name dropped in both screenprinting and embroidery, production
takes time.
• A normal order takes 2 weeks from the date we receive the order
(with a pre-payment of 1/2) plus shipping days from Montana to your state.
